Terms and conditions
Plain-language information for website enquiries and projects. This page is intentionally excluded from search engines.
Australian legal review required. This draft is provided for transparency. It cannot activate final quote acceptance or payment until a reviewed version is configured.
How agreement works
Submitting the website brief confirms that you have read this draft and the privacy notice. Submitting the brief is an enquiry only: it does not accept a final quote, authorise payment or start work outside an agreed scope. A later written quote and the lawyer-reviewed terms must be accepted separately before secure payment becomes available.
Collection and privacy notice
What we collect: business and contact details, service areas, public source links, customer-area identity, project requests, approved files and project status.
Why we collect it: to assess and quote the work, communicate with you, build and support an authorised website, secure customer records and process approved payments.
Service providers: authorised identity, hosting, storage, payment and email providers receive only the information needed for their service. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
Access, correction or complaint: email LetsStart@yourpageshere.com. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for project, security, accounting and legal obligations.
Project terms
Quote + scope
The accepted written quote identifies the selected package, included pages, agreed features, price, tax treatment, timing assumptions and any supplier costs. Work outside it requires a separately accepted change.
Customer information
The customer supplies accurate business details, approved content, lawful assets and timely feedback. Reviews, licences, claims, project images and social material remain unapproved until recorded otherwise.
Domain + suppliers
The customer should hold eligible domain, hosting and business-email accounts in their own details. Third-party supplier fees, renewals, availability, terms and outages remain separate from the website build.
Access + security
Access is provided through official collaborator or account-sharing controls. Supplier passwords must not be sent to the studio. Production portal access requires its own secure account process.
Payments + launch
The accepted quote states the payment schedule. Work and handoff gates follow that schedule. A live replacement, domain connection or publication requires the recorded balance, final approval and explicit authority.
Reviews + changes
The quote records review rounds and the correction process. New pages, integrations, migration, redesign or ongoing campaigns are assessed against scope before work proceeds.
Search + marketing
Search visibility and enquiry outcomes depend on competition, demand, platform changes and factors beyond a website build. The studio provides only the SEO and measurement work written into the selected package or later authorised plan.
Intellectual property
Customer-supplied material remains subject to the customer’s rights and approvals. Ownership or licence terms for the completed website, studio tools and third-party components must be stated in the accepted quote before handoff.
Privacy + project data
The production service must explain what personal information is collected, why it is needed, how it is used or disclosed, how it is protected and how access, correction or complaints are handled. Only reasonably necessary project information should be requested.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any final limitation, cancellation, refund, dispute or liability clause requires Australian legal review.
Important notice
Nothing in the final terms will remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The final terms must match the accepted quote, actual privacy practices and the legal identity of the business.
