Legal review required for version 2. The new source-use wording is implemented for operational testing but must be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before production activation or reliance as final legal terms.
How agreement works
Submitting the website brief confirms that you have read these terms, the source-use authority and the privacy notice. It records the project-specific source instruction below without requiring another Your Pages Here confirmation. Submitting the brief is still an enquiry only: it does not accept a final quote, authorise payment, bypass a provider permission screen or start work outside an agreed scope.
Collection and privacy notice
What we collect: business and contact details, service areas, the public source links you nominate, project-relevant business information, business-authored posts and business-owned pictures lawfully available from those sources, customer-area identity, project requests, approved files and project status.
Why we collect it: to assess and quote the work, communicate with you, research and build the authorised website, reduce repeated processing through compact evidence records, secure customer records and process approved payments.
How source collection works: collection may be manual or through an official read-only provider connection. We collect only what is reasonably needed for the project, do not bypass platform restrictions, and keep temporary provider snapshots within the stated retention boundary.
Service providers: authorised identity, hosting, storage, payment, email and official source-platform providers receive only the information needed for their service. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
Access, correction or complaint: email LetsStart@yourpageshere.com. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for project, security, accounting and legal obligations.
Project terms
Quote + scope
The accepted written quote identifies the selected package, included pages, agreed features, GST-inclusive price, timing assumptions and any supplier costs. Work outside it requires a separately accepted change.
Customer information
The customer supplies accurate business details, approved content, lawful assets and timely feedback. Reviews, licences, claims, project images and social material remain unapproved until recorded otherwise.
Domain + suppliers
The customer should hold eligible domain, hosting and business-email accounts in their own details. Third-party supplier fees, renewals, availability, terms and outages remain separate from the website build.
Access + security
Access is provided through official collaborator or account-sharing controls. Supplier passwords must not be sent to the studio. Customer portal access uses the verified Google email recorded for the project.
Payments + launch
The accepted quote states the payment schedule. Work and handoff gates follow that schedule. A live replacement, domain connection or publication requires the recorded balance, final approval and explicit authority.
Reviews + changes
The quote records review rounds and the correction process. New pages, integrations, migration, redesign or ongoing campaigns are assessed against scope before work proceeds.
Search + marketing
Search visibility and enquiry outcomes depend on competition, demand, platform changes and factors beyond a website build. The studio provides only the SEO and measurement work written into the selected package or later authorised plan.
Intellectual property
Customer-supplied material remains subject to the customer’s rights and approvals. The accepted quote records the ownership or licence position for the completed website, studio tools and third-party components before handoff.
Privacy + project data
The privacy notice explains what personal information is collected, why it is needed, how it is used or disclosed, how it is protected and how access, correction or complaints are handled. Only reasonably necessary project information is requested.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
